As I have stated in my previous posting, we need to start electing true conservatives and people who care about the voter, and keep the voter informed of issues within our city, county, state, and nation.
As a result I am supporting David Janda, Jr. for City Council At-Large Position A, as David shares some of the same concerns that I do when it comes to better communication to voters, and more involvement among our voters at the city level. David also shares ideas about generating opportunities for small businesses in LaPorte.

- Eric is a life-long Conservative Republican who supports Reagan Conservatism backed by a common sense approach to government. He is a hard working individual, in which he currently works as the Site Lead Cost Manager providing leadership and solutions to a local major Oil Refinery. Eric holds a Masters of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Eric and his family are members of Deer Park First Baptist church in which they are active in various areas such as missions work, children’s ministry, and most recently he was chairman of the Missions Committee. As chairman he led an increased awareness campaign within the church and presided over 11% of the church budget activities that were related to missions. As a result of the awareness campaign, participation in missions rose roughly 65% over the three year period. We also re-organized the budget to meet the need of the church mission’s objectives, as a result of the re-organization the church is now able to provide more outreach to areas of need versus pet projects of individuals.
